COMOX VALLEY WATER COMMITTEE | ||

Boardroom, located at 550 B Comox Road, Courtenay, BC commencing at 12:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is for committee members to consider the matters included on the agenda below. The chair of the committee will preside over the meeting according to the CVRD procedure bylaw. This meeting is not meant for general public input. If members of the public wish to speak at a meeting, they should contact the CVRD legislative services department to request to appear as a delegation. All committee motions will be voted on using weighted votes as determined under Bylaw No. 1783. In the event of an emergency the public gathering place is the parking lot outside the boardroom. | ||

THAT the Comox Valley Water Committee pursue all opportunities available to them in order to receive funding in advance of the next round of infrastructure grants to accelerate the project schedule, including authority for directors and staff to meet with Ministers and Treasury Board members to achieve this goal. | ||||||
