| DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT - 5918 ALDERGROVE DRIVE (VAN IERLAND) | ||||||
| Brian Chow, Rural Planner provided an overview of the memorandum dated April 9, 2019 regarding 3090-20/DV 3B 19 - Development Variance Permit - 5918 Aldergrove Drive (van Ierland). | ||||||
| The applicant's agent, Neil van Ierland, was in attendance and spoke to the application. | ||||||
| I. McIntyre/C. McIntyre: THAT the Development Variance application, 3090-20/DV 3B 19, for 5918 Aldergrove Drive (van Ierland) be supported for the following reasons:
- The setbacks are minor as development along Seabird Road is unlikely; and - The setback is unlikely to negatively impact neighbours or road access. | ||||||
