Boardroom of the Comox Valley Regional District offices located at 550 Comox Road, Courtenay, BC commencing at 1:00 pm.

In the event of an emergency the public gathering place is the parking lot outside the boardroom.

As per section 4(1) of Bylaw No. 8 being the "Comox Valley Regional District Board of Variance Bylaw No. 8, 2008" the Board of Variance shall choose, at the first meeting in each and every year, a chair from among its appointed members."
 
NOTE: As all members were not present at the January 31, 2018 meeting, the appointment of chair was deferred to a subsequent meeting.
