Report dated September 28, 2018 providing the Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) Board with the Regional Growth Strategy (RGS) Steering Committee’s recommendations on 3L Developments Inc.’s RGS amendment application to create a new Settlement Node, and including Appendix E as follows:
