The board reviewed the following material:
- Report dated April 2, 2019 regarding Board of Variance application BV1A 19 to decrease the minimum required setback from a side property line that abuts a highway; [Item] |

- Site plan outlining the setbacks and location of the proposed dwelling. [Item] |

J. MacLean, Rural Planner, provided an overview of the application BV 1A 19 for 8288 Island Highway South (1075371 BC Ltd.). |

Robert Boykiw, applicant, and Brian Mitchell, Mitchell Design, were in attendance and the applicant provided information regarding the application.
The Chair called for any members of the public that may wish to speak regarding BV 1A 19 - 8288 Island Highway South (1075371 BC Ltd.). Joyce Gray, adjacent neighbour, spoke and was not opposed to the application. |
