| J, MacLean, Rural Planner, provided an overview of the memorandum regarind RZ 3C18 for Forbidden Plateau Road (Fry/Taylor). | |   |

| Jim Fry, applicant, was in attendance at the meeting. | |   |

G. Gordon/M. Presley: THAT the Area C Advisory Planning Commission oppose Zoning Bylaw Amendment RZ 3C 18 to enable a subdivision to create parcels with a minimum lot area of 4 hectares at Forbidden Plateau Road (Fry/Taylor) for the following reasons:
• The application lacks some of the necessary detail in the Regional Growth Strategy;
• concern regarding fire protection in the area;
• concern regarding the watershed and amount of water available, with the current well offering only a small amount of water at this time;
• concern regarding densification of the area with no services, and the example that would set for future applications.
