J. MacLean, Rural Planner, provided an overview of application ALR 3C 19 for 7392 Howard Road (Nadeau/Welk). |

Page: THAT the Agricultural Advisory Planning Committee support forwarding Non-Adhering Residential Use Application ALR 3C 19 to the Agricultural Land Commission to add a new manufactured home for the purpose of providing residence to the property’s current owners as they transition ownership of the property at 7392 Howard Road (Nadeau/Welk), with the following recommendations:
• due diligence has been done and the land is being actively farmed;
• proposed site is gravel with low agricultural capability;
• proposed site is at one corner of the farm and will not impact farming activities;
• proposed site will utilize an existing internal driveway from the road to the site.
