| T. Trieu, Manager of Planning Services, updated the committee that Cari McIntyre, appointed as Recording Secretary in April, is on on leave from the commission and recommended that a new recording secretary be appointed. | ||||||
| D. Battle/S. Hartfelder: THAT Ian McIntyre be appointed as Recording Secretary for the Area B (Lazo North) Advisory Planning Commission. | ||||||

| COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BYLAW REVIEW | ||||||
| Memorandum dated June 6, 2019 regarding the Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw Review. | ||||||
| T. Trieu, Manager of Planning Services, provided an overview of the memorandum regarding the Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw Review. | ||||||
| S. Hartfelder/F. Cochran: THAT the Area B Advisory Planning Commission support the draft Zoning Bylaw No. 520 going forward and acknowledge the significant effort of Ton Trieu, Manager of Planning Services, and staff in this activity. | ||||||
