• Correspondence dated September 17, 2019 from Jim and Debbie MacKay, 5619 4th Street, regarding BV 2A 19 - 5624 4th Street (Milburn/Stefanson). [Item] |

J. MacLean, Rural Planner, provided an overview of application BV 2A 19 for 5624 4th Street (Milburn/Stefanson). |

Thomas: THAT Section 403(3) of the "Comox Valley Zoning Bylaw, 2005" be varied to allow retaining walls up to 3.0 metres in height within the setback areas as described in the Site Plan included as page 3 of 6 in Appendix A of the staff report dated September 4, 2019, and that construction must start within two years from the date of approval. |
