| SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE AGRICULTURAL LAND RESERVE ALR 1B 19 - 3120 DOVE CREEK ROAD (POLLARD) | ||||||
| B. Chow, Rural Planner, provided an overview of the memorandum dated April 16, 2019 regarding Subdivision within the Agricultural Land Reserve Application ALR 1B 19 to consider a subdivision within the Agricultural Land Reserve at 3120 Dove Creek Road (Pollard). [Item] | ||||||
| C. Brown/G. McClintock: THAT the Agricultural Advisory Planning Commission does not support Agricultural Land Reserve Application ALR 1B 19 for a subdivision within the Agricultural Land Reserve at 3120 Dove Creek Road (Pollard) as division by the road does not preclude farming the property as a single unit and the property is no more likely to be farmed as two parcels versus one lot. | ||||||
