Chow, Rural Planner, provided an overview of the memorandum dated November 25, 2019 regarding Development Permit Application DP 13A 19 and Development Variance Permit Application DV 7A 19 for two additional modular buildings and to vary the setback requirement at 2750 Cumberland Road (Strong Back Holdings Ltd). | ||||||

Kayfetz: THAT the Area A (Baynes Sound - Denman/Hornby Islands) Advisory Planning Commission support Development Permit Application DP 13A 19 for two additional modular buildings at 2750 Cumberland Road (Strong Back Holdings Ltd) as presented, and recommend acceptance of the current form and character. | ||||||

• The buffer area outside the fence is sufficient. • The building has a low profile and quiet use. | ||||||
