Memorandum dated January 3, 2020 regarding Development Variance Permit Application DV 12B 19 to (1) increase the maximum permitted lot coverage from 15 per cent to 21 per cent and (2) increase a carriage house’s ground level floor area from 90 square metres to 107 square metres at 1561 McDonald Road (Swan).
