| J. MacLean, Rural Planner provided an overview of the memorandum dated April 7, 2020 regarding a Development Permit application to enable subdivision or development of land within 30 metres of agricultural land. [Item] | ||||||
| The applicant's agent, Tobin Laughlin, was in attendance via teleconference and spoke to the application. | ||||||
| B. Thompson/D. Page: THAT the Agricultural Advisory Planning Commission support the application as proposed in the memorandum dated April 7, 2020 for the following reason:
- The lots would not interfere with agricultural operations and existence of similar development on surrounding properties. | ||||||
