The chair of the commission will preside over the meeting according to the CVRD procedure bylaw. All commission motions will be voted on as determined under Bylaw No. 650. NOTE: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Ministerial Order 139, this meeting is closed to the public.
