| Civic Room, located at 770 Harmston Avenue, Courtenay, BC commencing at 2:45 pm. The purpose of this meeting is for committee members to consider the matters included on the agenda below. The chair of the committee will preside over the meeting according to the CVRD procedure bylaw. All committee motions will be voted on using weighted votes as determined under Bylaw No. 1783. NOTE: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Ministerial Order 139, this meeting is closed to the public. If members of the public wish to provide input, they should contact the CVRD Legislative Services Department.
