Thiessen, Planner, provided an overview of the memorandum dated June 15, 2020 regarding a Development Variance Permit Application DV 1B 20 at 136 Croteau Road to reduce the rear yard setback by 5.56 metres and to reduce the minimum setback required for eaves by 4.2 metres to enable the conversion of an accessory building into a secondary dwelling.
