After deliberation, the Board of Variance rendered the following decision: |

C. Halbert/J. Schommer: THAT the Comox Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 520 be varied to reduce the front yard setback of the accessory building located at 7870 Ships Point Road from 4.5 metres to 1.75 metres and to reduce the setback for the eaves of the accessory building from 2.5 metres to 1.1 metres as presented in the staff report dated September 10, 2020 and that construction start within two years from the date of approval. |
