Thiessen, Planner, provided an overview of the memorandum dated October 5, 2020 regarding Development Variance Permit application DV 2A 20, 7821 Ships Point Road (Salutari/Ivan), to reduce the front yard setbacks of a proposed carriage house from 4.5 metres to 2.5 metres for its foundation and from 2.5 metres to 2.2 metres for its eaves.
