With the exception of Chair Arbour, and Directors Hillian, Morin, Ketler and Grieve all commission members attended by electronic means.

The Chair acknowledged that the meeting was being held on the unceded traditional territory of the K’ómoks First Nation.

E. Grieve/A. Hamir: THAT the report dated March 2, 2021 regarding an update/information on the process for allotting ice at the Comox Valley Sports Centre be received. [Item

J. Zbinden, Manager of Recreation Services, presented information regarding the process for allotting ice at the Comox Valley Sports Centre. [Item
 
 
W. Morin/E. Grieve: THAT Comox Valley Sports Centre Ice Allocation Policy remain with implementation focused on youth and Comox Valley Regional District programming advancements to improve on the ice needs for the community as opposed to past practices of acknowledging historical use.
