| Civic Room of the Comox Valley Regional District offices located at 770 Harmston Avenue, Courtenay, BC commencing at 9:00 am. The chair of the committee will preside over the meeting according to the CVRD procedure bylaw. This meeting may include participation by members of the committee via electronic communication. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Ministerial Order 192, public in-person attendance is not permitted. If members of the public wish to provide input, they should contact the Legislative Services Department. THAT the 2021 – 2025 financial plan and capital expenditure program for the Black Creek – Oyster Bay water local service area, function No. 313, be amended by increasing water capital expenditures in 2021 by $100,796 for the Schultz/ Paulsen/ Oyster River Way watermain connection project (1040), resulting in a total project budget in 2021 of $580,000 to be funded by capital works reserves and a contribution which is anticipated to be recovered from nearby development. | 209 | C, D | Weighted | |||
