[Item]  208 Carried   REPORTS: BLACK CREEK - OYSTER BAY WATER LOCAL SERVICE AREA DEVELOPMENT AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT CHARGE BYLAW AMENDMENT     B. Leigh/E. Grieve: THAT the report dated May 6, 2021 regarding amending the Black Creek - Oyster Bay Water Local Service Area Development Cost Charge and Capital Improvement Cost Charge bylaw to include campsites as a type of development, be received. [Item]  209 Carried   K. La Rose, Senior Manager of Water/Wastewater Services, presented an overview of the report regarding amending the Black Creek - Oyster Bay Water Local Service Area Development Cost Charge and Capital Improvement Cost Charge bylaw to include campsites as a type of development. [Item]      B. Leigh/E. Grieve: THAT Bylaw No. 2392 being the “Black Creek/Oyster Bay Water Local Service Area Development Cost Charge Bylaw 2001” be amended to include campsites as a form of development as per the redline version attached as Appendix A to staff report dated May 6, 2021. 209 Carried   B. Grieve: THAT Bylaw No. 2462 being “Black Creek - Oyster Bay Water Local Service Area Capital Improvement Charge Bylaw No. 2462, 2002” be amended to include campsites as a form of development as per the redline version attached as Appendix B to the staff report dated May 6, 2021. 209 Carried   SCHULZ ROAD WATERMAIN EXTENSION - LATECOMERS AGREEMENT     B. Leigh/E. Grieve: THAT the report dated May 7, 2021 regarding the draft latecomers agreement for the watermain extension along Schultz Road be received. [Item]  209 Carried   K. La Rose, Senior Manager of Water/Wastewater Services, provided an overview of the draft latecomers agreement for the watermain extension along Schultz Road.     B. Leigh/E. Grieve: THAT the Comox Valley Regional District Board support the latecomers agreement between the Comox Valley Regional District and the property owner, Pam Pajak, attached as Appendix A to the staff report dated May 7, 2021; AND FURTHER THAT the Chair and Corporate Officer be authorized to execute the agreement. 209 Carried   TERMINATION: B.
