| Civic Room, 770 Harmston Avenue, Courtenay, BC commencing at 2:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is bring elected officials together to collectively hear information on the topics noted below and to share perspectives. The chair of the committee will preside over the meeting according to the CVRD procedure bylaw. This meeting is not meant for general public input. If members of the public wish to speak at a meeting, they should contact the CVRD Legislative Services department to request to appear as a delegation. In light of the ongoing pandemic and limited occupancy within the Civic Room, participants are encouraged to participate in this forum via electronic means (Zoom). Please note that as of August 25, 2021, masks are mandatory in all indoor public spaces until further notice. In the event of an emergency the public gathering place is the parking lot outside the Civic Room. | ||
