Memorandum dated November 4, 2021 regarding Development Variance Permit DV 5B 21 to reduce the rear yard setback for a proposed workshop and a Commercial/Industrial Form and Character Development Permit DP 9B21 for the construction of the new building at 6056 Island Highway North (Reschke/ Janzen)
