| Civic Room, located at 770 Harmston Avenue, Courtenay, BC commencing at 3:15 pm. The chair of the committee will preside over the meeting according to the CVRD procedure bylaw. This meeting may include participation by members of the committee via electronic communication. This meeting is not meant for general public input. If members of the public wish to speak at a meeting, they should contact the CVRD Legislative Services Department to request to appear as a delegation. Mayor Baird supported by Village of Cumberland staff in attendance at the invitation of the Water Committee to present on solutions related to turbidity from Perseverance Creek, the Village’s recent application for grant funding and their No. 2 Dam Project: the broader Perseverance Watershed Initiative, a partnership project that the Village has embarked on with the Cumberland Community Forest Society and Mosaic Forest Management. | ||||||
