McCollum: THAT the information presented by Mayor Baird and Kevin McPhedran, Manager of Parks and Recreation, Village of Cumberland, regarding solutions related to turbidity from Perseverance Creek, the Village’s recent application for grant funding and their No. 2 Dam Project: the broader Perseverance Watershed Initiative, a partnership project that the Village has embarked on with the Cumberland Community Forest Society and Mosaic Forest Management be received.
